Isn't Married life GREAT!?

So many people have asked me "how's married life" in the past 6 months that I've lost count! It's a wonderful question though, one that I love answering! I usually say the same thing, "it's great! not much different though!" Which is true - it's not much different. I guess the major difference is that I can call him my husband, which I just love doing by the way :)

Dave and I have been together for 6 years now (WOW!) and so when we finally did get married we really already had everything married people usually have, a family (Jared and of course the fur babies) a house, a bank account, etc, etc. So really it's just a piece of paper (I hear people say this) but really it's so much more... I have a sense of security now, it's different from before. If you would have asked me before we got married if I had a sense of security I would have said yes, ask me again and yes, but it's so much different. It's intimate, it's beautiful, it's powerful, it's love. It's not something I can describe without just feeling it, and I do feel it. Every morning when I wake up to his kisses, every night I look into his eyes before I fall asleep. Every day that I grab for his hand, reach for his embrace, share with him a smile. It's all the same stuff, that we've always done but now we're married and I'm so aware of it. It's beautiful! I tell him all the time that he's stuck with me now and he tells me that he's happy to know it. I think I know we have the goods to make this last, I'm happier now than I've ever been, and everyday it seems stronger and more wonderful.
So ask me again, how's married life?? "IT'S FANTASTIC!!!"
